Great place, close to shops and beach! The management team was very responsive to questions and shared helpful tips on where to go and what to see. Thanks again for another great year at Captiva!

We had a wonderful, relaxing trip to Captiva and this house was amazing. The decor is bright and fun, the layout of the house offers plenty of space, and the updated kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful. The loft was the perfect space for our teen and the deck was our favorite place to enjoy coffee and a good book. The location is an easy walk to the beach and dining. Would stay here again!

We recently stayed at Just by Chance on Captiva. This house was perfect for our getaway at the end of summer. Everything was very clean and organized. The location was perfect to walk to the beaches and restaurants. There was more than enough room for our family of 4 and would be a great house for 2 families to share.
