You may often hear locals referring to the 'Season' on Sanibel and Captiva. What does this mean? Well, this could mean a number of things. Because Sanibel and Captiva Islands have such diverse wildlife and nature, there are a number of 'seasons' that the islands go through.

  • Alligators bath on cold mornings during this season
